Since its creation in 2006, fast-fashion retailer Fashion Nova has grown exponentially under the leadership of its founder and CEO, Richard Saghian. The remarkable growth is reflected in the company’s latest move to spend $118 million in cash on a 175,000-square-foot Beverly Hills building that will serve as its new headquarters for more than 500 employees.

Saghian commented on the new headquarters’ location: “Most of our celebrity partners, influencers, and employees live and work around Beverly Hills… Plus, it’s close to where I live, and I think it’s great for the brand.”

Beverly Hills is where the dream is. It is already home to many big brands and retailers, and Fashion Nova’s addition is the cherry on top.
