The THREE THIRTY THREE Restaurant in Tempe, Arizona, shared a now-viral surveillance video of a woman allegedly taking a $4,000 Louis XIII cognac from a table and putting it in her purse on Monday, May 4, 2026.
In an interview with FOX10, the restaurant’s CEO stated that he had never experienced anything like that in his career. He explained that the woman was not alone; she was with a man. “They came in and made a fake reservation and a fake name, fake phone number, came in late, sat down, ordered appetizers and starters, and that was it. Started to complain a little bit… They got up, asked to go smoke… She came back in, he was blocking the view of the manager, and she came in, and on camera we see it, her putting it in her purse.”
The restaurant filed a police report, hoping to identify the couple and press charges.
