Here is a relevant blog comment for the post "Chocolate – The Darker the Better": "Thank you for sharing this…

  • The prosecutor in #BooneCounty, Indiana, has officially announced a Voluntary Manslaughter charge against the man who shot and killed 32-year-old María Florinda Ríos Pérez de Velásquez, a professional house cleaner who unfortunately went to the wrong house in Whitestown on November 5, 2025.
—
The homeowner and suspected shooter, #CurtAndersen, 62, told #police that he was sleeping on the second floor with his #wife when he heard the noise downstairs. He called 911, but ultimately decided to take things into his own hands by shooting through the front door.
—
Andersen claims self-defense under Indiana’s Stand Your Ground law, but the county prosecutor says that after careful review of all the facts, lethal force was not appropriate in this case.
—
Andersen’s attorney released a statement after his client was detained without bail, vowing to fight the charges in court. He said that under the law, his client had the right to shoot because he had reasonable grounds to believe that his house was being invaded.
—
Let's not forget that the most affected by this #tragedy are the #victim’s husband and four young children, who are now motherless. They are in our thoughts and #prayers 🙏
  • Rapper #6ix9ine calls out the 4 #gunmen who invaded his home in #Miami, allegedly asking for #cash and #car keys, and holding his 60-year-old mom hostage.

  • 💔💔💔‼️ At least 8 people are injured and suffer from burns after a #ChinoHills, California, home exploded around 3:45 p.m. on Sunday, November 16, 2025.
—
#Neighbors said the blast felt like an earthquake, shook the whole house, and damaged other #homes as well.

  • Following #Diddy’s amendment of his original #defamation complaint against #NBCUniversal over "The Making of a Bad Boy" documentary, the company’s lawyers have filed a renewed motion to dismiss, citing anti-SLAPP laws.
—
In the new motion, NBC argues again that its documentary did not defame Diddy in any way, as his reputation was already damaged by multiple lawsuits, allegations, and a criminal investigation against him.
—
The network says that their documentary only explored claims that were already out there on Social media and in the press. They attached multiple articles, news reports, and social media posts to back their argument.
—
Moreover, they pointed to the multiple disclaimers they put in the documentary to show the judge that they didn't state anything as fact but as speculation.
—
They also say that Diddy himself admitted to destroying his own #reputation during his sentencing hearing when he said, "Because of my decisions, I lost my freedom. I lost my career. I totally destroyed my reputation."
—
For all those reasons, NBC argues, Diddy’s lawsuit doesn't meet the legal standard and should be dismissed.
